• July 2022- UPS introduced a new route from Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand, to its inland Asian hub in Shenzhen, China, to enhance international trade opportunities for Thai businesses.
• January 2022- Kerry Express partnered with Grab Thailand to introduce two new pick-up services during Valentine's season in February. The instant pick-up service allows items to be collected within 30 minutes, while the express pick-up service enables customers to schedule a parcel collection every hour. These new services, available on the Kerry Express app, were set to pilot in the Greater Bangkok area.

• October 2022: Sealand Maersk Company, a Maersk subsidiary specializing in intra-European logistics, is launching a new rail product from Spain to the United Kingdom specifically designed for temperature-sensitive cargo such as fruits and vegetables. The new transport option is designed specifically for Spanish fresh produce, has a flexible capacity, and will begin with three weekly departures from the Valencia terminal to the Barking terminal in East London. On their southbound journey from the UK to Spain, the trains will also transport non-refrigerated cargo.
• September 2022: Lineage Logistics, LLC, a provider of temperature-controlled industrial REITs and logistics solutions, announced the completion of its acquisition of Grupo Fuentes, a major operator of transport and cold-storage facilities based in Murcia, Spain. Grupo Fuentes manages a fleet of over 500 vehicles and trailers, as well as six logistics centers, a cold storage warehouse, and value-added services to support those facilities. It is also a founding member of Reefer Terminal, a strategic alliance aimed at developing an intermodal transportation platform that combines road and rail cold-storage transport services.

• February 2023: In a bid to expand the Trincomalee Port the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) will invest to build a warehouse, administrative building and add several other infrastructures to it, announced the Minister of Ports and Shipping of Srilanka. Jetty would be deeper and will initiate programs to attract cruise and passenger vessels to the harbor as well.The Trincomalee Port has made profits in the recent past which would be plowed in to invest to add these infrastructures.
• February 2023: The Trincomalee port, the fifth largest natural harbor in the world, has received a JPY 1 billion (USD 7.52 million) night navigation operations facility from Japan. The project includes a state-of-the-art Vessel Traffic Management System, Radar Equipment, Lighthouse Equipment, 16 Navigation Buoys, two Mooring Buoys, two 400KV Generators, 14 Fire Pumps with machinery, and a Pilot Vessel provided by the Japan International Cooperation System (JICS) with the assistance of the Government and the People of Japan.

• October 2022: Edamah held a ceremony for its Sitra Logistics Park, a top-notch warehouse facility that would support Bahrain's logistics sector.
